Holiday planning
When planning a holiday, many practical questions will occur. We have gathered some information about ferry connections, planes, trains and buses, but also about traffic, weather, daylight-saving time and much more.

Keys
The rental period usually begins at 3  or 4 PM at the day of arrival and ends at 10 AM at the day of departure, and you can find the exact time on the rental certificate, that will be sent to you by mail. You usually pick up the key at your local Feriepartner Denmark agency. The key cannot be handed out before the time stated in the rental certificate, because there has to be time to carry out small repairs and cleaning. You can see the exact time and place on your rental certificate.

Payment
If you have rented the holiday home over the internet, you will receive a confirmation by email. After a few days, you will receive the tenancy agreement by mail and information about payment of the rent. You can read more about terms of payment in our rental conditions.

Late arrival
If you arrive late at night or on another day that the one stated in the tenancy agreement, you should inform the local Feriepartner agency of this, preferably one or two days before the arrival date to arrange alternative delivery of the key.

Driving directions
Along with the key, you will get driving directions to the holiday home. Key and driving directions must be picked up at the local Feriepartner agency, unless anything else has been arranged.

More information
If you have any more questions, please contact the local Feriepartner agency responsible for your holiday home. You can find addresses and telephone numbers under Contact. You can also find contact information on the order confirmation.
