The houseboats are built on a type of “raft” or in a manner of speaking, on a floating foundation. They do not have an engine and cannot be moved.

Luxury on water
The houseboats are all luxuriously furnished and from all the houseboats, you have a great view of the water. Obviously, the houseboats have running water, electricity and district heating – all with an attached meter. You pay for electricity, heat and water in accordance with consumption. The are parking lots near the houseboats.
